SeeFunny Terms of Service

Version: 1.0.0-draft.1 Status: Draft only; not effective and not eligible for user acceptance Drafted: September 22, 2026

Important: This draft contains placeholders. The operator and qualified counsel must review it against the actual service, regions, billing model, and data flows before publication.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms are between you and [full legal name of operator] ("SeeFunny," "we," or "us") and govern your access to SeeFunny / 稀饭, including Interest Agents, recommendations, Taste Graph, people discovery, and related services (the "Service").

Operator details: legal name, registration number, registered/contact address, and support email [to be completed]. By affirmatively accepting these Terms, registering, signing in, or using account-based features, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must have legal capacity to use the Service. Users under 18 should use it only with a guardian's review and consent. The final minimum age and guardian-consent flow must be determined before launch. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 14 if the Service is not offered to them.

3. Accounts and security

We may verify your email through a one-time link or code. You must use an email you are authorized to access and protect your email account, devices, and authentication links. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We will never ask you to disclose a complete magic link, one-time code, access token, or refresh token to support staff.

4. The Service

SeeFunny helps you express lasting interests and current curiosities and discover content, projects, people, and communities from public or authorized sources. Features may include interest management, cloud or local Interest Agents, ranking and deduplication, Taste Graph, saving and feedback, people discovery, notifications, sync, and subscriptions. Availability may vary by region, device, plan, and release status.

5. AI and Agent notice

AI and automated systems may produce summaries, classifications, explanations, or suggestions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Outputs are not medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Independently verify important information and consult qualified professionals for high-impact decisions.

Cloud Agents should operate only within the interests, sources, cadence, and budget you select. Local Agent/Skill execution is also governed by the third-party tool you choose. Exporting a task does not itself install, schedule, authorize, or upload results unless the product expressly says so and you approve it.

6. Your content

You retain rights in the interests, queries, saves, feedback, Agent configuration, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, purpose-limited license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service you request. This does not transfer ownership to us. Private content is not automatically made public; content you deliberately publish may be visible to others.

7. Third-party content and services

The Service may show titles, short summaries, links, or official embeds for third-party public content. The relevant third party owns and is responsible for that content. GitHub, YouTube, RSS publishers, model providers, payment services, and other third parties may apply their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law; violate rights; collect or infer sensitive personal data about others; upload malware; attack or bypass security, quotas, or authorization; impersonate others; manipulate recommendations; send spam; commit fraud; unlawfully copy or resell content; or deploy unverified AI output for high-risk automated decisions. We may restrict content or accounts proportionately and provide an appeal path where appropriate.

9. Intellectual property

Our software, interface, algorithms, brand assets, and original content are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or create a competing derivative service. Open-source components and third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses.

10. Fees and refunds

Some cloud Agent, model, storage, or advanced features may be paid. Before purchase, we will disclose price, currency, metering unit, allowance, validity, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds. We will not charge solely from untrusted client-reported token usage. The final billing and refund policy is [to be completed and separately reviewed before launch]. Fees charged by a local Agent tool or model API are not included unless the order expressly says otherwise.

11. Changes, availability, and termination

The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party failures, force majeure, or legal requirements. We will provide legally required notice for material changes affecting paid service or user rights. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Limited records may be isolated and retained where needed for law, security, billing, or disputes.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available and we do not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of third-party content, external links, AI output, or user-selected local tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final limitations of liability must be completed by qualified counsel and may not unfairly waive mandatory obligations.

13. Versions and changes

Published Terms are immutable and versioned. We will explain material changes before they take effect and request renewed acceptance when required. Prior versions, effective dates, and change summaries will remain available.

14. Governing law and disputes

Governing law, complaint channels, and dispute venue are [to be determined by the operator and counsel] and will not remove mandatory consumer remedies.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms or the Service may be sent to [support email]. Privacy requests should use the contact in the Privacy Policy.
